1. Model: M13(12.7mm, 12.9mm), M15(15.24mm, 15.7mm). For 2, 3, 4, 5 Strands.

2. Materials: Anchor Head: 45# Steel.
Wedges: 20CrMnTi.

3. Full Complete Parts: Anchor Head, Wedges, Anchor Bearing Plate, Spiral Spring Ring.

4. Anchor Head Hardness: HRC25-36.
Wedges Hardness: HRC58-65.

5. Applications: It has been widely adopted by modern construction, especially used in pre-tension or post-tension for concrete constructions as building materials, such as bridge construction, railway and highway construction, underground structures,buildings and channel construction, ect.

Features for Flat Anchorage System

1. Slab anchorage can be used to anchor PC strand which strength below 2000Mpa.

2. Slab anchorage has excellent static load anchoring performance. Anchoring efficiency factor is ηA≥0.95 and elongation εa≥2% , and meet International strandard FIP 1993Post tensioned prestressing system acceptance advice>.

3. concrete slab has excellent fatigue resistance. It pass 200 million fatigue resistance test which stress amplitude is 120MPa, and the upper limit of stress is 0.65fpk.

4. Slab anchorage has good self-anchor performance.

5. The draw-in of anchor is ≤6mm.

6. The friction loss of anchor is ≤2.5%.
