Article 8: Equipment and Components for Buildings and Bridges Construction

In bridge girder making process, we usually use dismountable metal frame moulds. Making prestresing foundation bed on bottom, and sides concrete slabs are symmetric distributed two sides. The cap was made by steel bar and poured concrete.

After the poured concrete is reached certain strength,the outside steel mould can be removed.

After removing steel mould the bridge girder should be keep moisture and goods maintenance until it reach the certain designed strength.

Traditional grouting pump and mixer machine used for bridge girder construction

Before grouting, the grout must be tested and inspected by inspector.

One side of bridge girder is installed the one-way valve and the other side installed input pipes of grouting pump for grouting

Cutting the rested pc strand than sealing anchor with concrete and flatten concrete surface. Install one-way valve, waiting to vacuumize.

On the other side it need also install one-way valve to connect with vacuum pump
